Refund Policy

Refund is not available without prior approval from our Customer Service Representatives. You can only send back the products and refund as long as you gain our permission.


Full Refund


We will offer full refund on the items that are faulty shipped or damaged due to our fault. In this case, please contact our customer service representatives as soon as possible via Jisale. But damage caused by the fault of the third party or customer’s accident fault cannot be exchange nor get a refund.

And for the wrong items you receive or the items you want to refund, please make sure it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, which will not influence the secondary sales. After we receive and confirm your return items, we will make a full refund or replacement as soon as possible.


Partial Refund

Customer can only get a partial refund if the returned items miss some original parts after arrival.
